Grinds Shop will cover the return fee for mistakes such as sending the wrong item or low-quality products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damaged, missing parts, or defaced items caused by customers.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform the customer whether the refund is approved or rejected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
