REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Return window: For your convenience, our money-back guarantee return window is 30 days from the delivery date (or the latest estimated delivery date if the actual delivery date is unavailable, such as the date shown on the tracking number status). To be eligible for a return, the item must be in mint condition with intact tags and include original packaging.

Return shipping fee: The cost of returning an item/items will be determined based on the following reasons:

Customers are responsible for the return fee if they ordered by mistake, selected the wrong measurements, modified/canceled the order details (such as size, custom number, and product type) after the item had been shipped, or if the mistake is on their behalf. MyGooseShirt is responsible for the return fee if they send items that don’t match the customer’s order detail, send low-quality items (such as blurry print or wrong custom name), or if the mistake is on their behalf. Customers will be charged a $5 return shipping fee.

Restocking fee: There is no restocking fee.

Eligible cases for a refund: We cannot accept returns or exchanges (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons, not due to MyGooseShirt’s error. Products with a missing or defaced shipping label are also not accepted. Refunds will be confirmed via email.

RETURNING A PRODUCT INSTRUCTION: After receiving our refund confirmation email, please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack all the returned items and a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email and the return label.
  2. Use any courier to transfer the package to the address provided on your return label.
  3. The return address will be provided via email.

Return label: We will email you a return label, which you can print and use to send the package later.

Seasonal override: Our return policy is non-seasonal, so seasonal override is not applicable.

AFTER SUCCESSFULLY RETURNING AN ITEM: After successfully returning the item, you can request a refund (if applicable) or exchange (if applicable).

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE): We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our errors. The customer will confirm the item delivery address through email.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): Once our manufacturers receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved or rejected. The full funds will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a few days if approved.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company to ensure no pending funds are being transferred to your card.
