Return Policy

Our return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of the delivery date (or latest estimated delivery date) in the same condition as received, with intact tags and original packaging.

Return Fees

Customers are responsible for the $5 return shipping fee for mistakes such as wrong measurements, modifying or cancelling the order details, and other customer errors.

Grinds Shop will cover the return fee for mistakes such as sending the wrong item or low-quality products. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damaged, missing parts, or defaced items caused by customers.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform the customer whether the refund is approved or rejected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
